Willow Run Foods earns top distributor award from Arby's co-op

ARCOP Inc., the national supply chain cooperative for Arby's Restaurant Group Inc., has named Willow Run Foods Inc. as its 2013 Distributor of the Year award winner.

According to a news release, the Distributor of the Year Award is an annual honor that identifies Arby's highest-achieving distributor partner who has provided superior levels of service and support to the Arby's system. This is the second year in a row Willow Run has been recognized with the award.

"(Willow Run) has been the most consistent center across Arby's distribution network. Each employee at Willow Run takes pride of ownership in the success of both their organization and Arby's. We look forward to the service that Willow Run will continue to provide for the Arby's brand for many years to come," said David Cox, president of ARCOP Inc.

Willow Run Food was chosen for the award because of its achievement in nine categories of key measurement set by ARCOP. These categories include: On Time Delivery, Clean Invoice, ARCOP Restaurant Survey Results, Auto Shipment Accuracy, Order Cap Accuracy, QA Complaints per Restaurant Serviced, QA Audit Score, PIMM Cradle Rate and Purchase Price Variance.

The company's relationship with Arby's began more than 15 years ago.
