YUM! Brands restaurants will continue to be monitored by DTT Surveillance, a Los Angeles-based digital video surveillance company with a focus on the restaurant and hotel industries.
UFPC, the exclusive supply chain management organization for Yum!, renewed its Preferred Vendor Agreement with DTT this week. The long-term partnership provides Yum! restaurants with both surveillance technology and loss prevention auditing services, as well as point-of-sale integration technology.
Yum! Brands originally inked its deal with DTT in 2008.
DTT offers the SmartAudit program, which features operational and analytical tools for owners to manage their locations more efficiently.
DTT Surveillance is ubiquitous in the quick-service industry, also working with Burger King, Subway, Dairy Queen and more.
