Yum! names Middleby 'Supplier of the Year'

The Middleby Corp. was recently named 2009 Yum! Brands Supplier of the Year. Middleby is the first equipment manufacturer ever to be selected by Yum! as a recipient of this honor.
Two Middleby brands also were award recipients. Middleby Marshall, which manufactures conveyor ovens, received the 2009 Equipment Supplier of the Year Award from Pizza Hut. Pitco, which makes fryers, was selected as the 2009 Equipment Supplier of the Year from Taco Bell.
Yum! Brands is the parent company of KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Long John Silver's, A&W and WingStreet and is the world's largest restaurant company in terms of system restaurants with more than 37,000 restaurants in over 110 countries.
Middleby develops, manufactures, markets and services a broad line of equipment used for commercial food cooking, preparation and processing.
