QSRweb.com interviewed a variety of vendors at the recent co-located Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo and Expo Comida Latina in San Diego.
Experts from technology solution providers to equipment suppliers demonstrated their products to attendees, including Freshtxt.com, which showcased its text-message paging solution. The solution is a technology option for quick-serve and full-service restaurants looking to differentiate their customer service.
Meanwhile, AccuTemp Products Inc. demonstrated its steam-heated flat-top griddle for attendees on the show floor.
