Hardee's launches S'mores, Bacon Beast menus for fall

Hardee's is bridging summer and fall with two new menu platforms featuring nostalgic S'mores flavors and bacon-heavy breakfast, burger and chicken offerings, while also bringing back its Cinnamon 'N' Raisin Biscuit, the company has announced in a press release.

The S'mores lineup includes an iced coffee made with toasted marshmallow and chocolate syrups, an ice cream shake topped with graham cracker and chocolate sprinkles and a fried pie filled with graham crumble, marshmallow cream and chocolate filling.

"As summer transitions to fall, we want our guests to know they don't have to choose between the two seasons," Sarah Breymaier, vice president of brand marketing at Hardee's, said in a company press release. "Our new S'mores platform keeps those warm, nostalgic summer moments alive, while the return of our Cinnamon 'N' Raisin Biscuit brings the comfort guests love as the seasons change."

Hardee's also is rolling out its Bacon Beast platform across multiple dayparts. Breakfast offerings include the Super Bacon Biscuit with three slices of cherrywood-smoked bacon and the Bacon Beast Homestyle Breakfast Burrito with four slices. The Bacon Beast burger pairs an Angus beef patty with four slices of bacon, while the Bacon Beast Chicken Sandwich features hand-breaded chicken, four bacon slices, tomato and lettuce.
