Irv's Burgers is continuing its expansion across Southern Nevada with the opening of a new restaurant inside Green Valley Ranch Resort & Casino & Spa, the company announced in a news release. The restaurant marks the brand's third location in the Vegas area.

To celebrate the grand opening, Irv's Burgers is rewarding early guests with special giveaways and exclusive offers. The first 100 people in line will receive a free Roadside Burger, while 25 customers who sign up for Irv's Loyalty Program will be randomly selected to win free burgers for a year.

Guests will also have the chance to win:

  • Two Green Valley Ranch staycation packages.
  • 200 tickets to see Grace Potter on July 10 at 8 p.m. at the Green Valley Ranch Backyard.

"Every Irv's location carries the responsibility of honoring a story that began nearly eight decades ago," Lawrence Longo, CEO of Irv's Burgers, said in the press release. "As we grow, our goal is to introduce more people to Irv's while staying true to what has always made Irv's special. People connect with places that feel authentic, have history and create lasting memories. That's the experience we hope to continue sharing in new markets."

Irv's started as Queen's Burgers, a roadside stand that attracted travelers with a simple sign that read, "No Lobster, Just Burgers." Over the decades, the restaurant became a fixture of L.A. culture and earned designation as a cultural resource by the City of West Hollywood.

"As we continue to upgrade Green Valley Ranch, Irv's Burgers is the perfect addition to the evolving offerings at the food court. Irv's is all about creating experiences that bring people together and giving guests a quality and memorable offering," Ryan Simmons, VP and GM of Green Valley Ranch Resort Casino & Spa, said in the press release.

The opening is another milestone in the brand's ongoing growth strategy as it continues expanding.
