Checkers & Rally’s opens 4th Las Vegas-area location

Checkers & Rally's is expanding its Nevada presence with a new restaurant in North Las Vegas at 4360 W. Craig Road, expected to open Oct. 27, the comapny has announced in a press release. The location marks the fourth restaurant developed under a multi-unit agreement with LV Foodservice Concepts, a convenience store and travel plaza operator that also operates Bojangles, Sbarro, Starbucks and Black Bear Diner. A grand opening celebration is planned for a later date.

Jeanette Davis, senior vice president of operations for LV Foodservice Concepts, oversees the new restaurant. She opened her first Checkers & Rally's location in 2025 and brings more than 35 years of food industry experience.

"With more than three decades of experience in the restaurant industry, I recognize the value of a brand that combines a distinctive menu, strong consumer appeal, and an efficient operating model," Davis said in the release.

The new location features an updated restaurant prototype and simplified operating model designed to improve service and operations.
