Guthrie's has opened a restaurant at 6107 Golden Triangle Way in Sparks, Nevada, near the Red Hawk Country Club. This is the brand's third location in the state and the sixth new store opening this year nationwide, as part of a larger expansion, according to a press release.

"As America's Original chicken finger restaurant, Guthrie's has earned a devoted following with our golden fried chicken fingers and signature dipping sauce. Our hot and fresh food coupled with our Southern-origin hospitality is what keeps guests coming back," Tom Carr, CEO of Guthrie's Franchising, Inc., said in the press release. "We're thrilled to introduce Guthrie's Chicken Fingers to Sparks, and we appreciate the community's excitement for us to get this location open. And as our franchisee partner adds new Nevada locations, we look forward to becoming a favorite spot for families, students and visitors to the Reno metro area."

This location's doors are open daily from 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m. It will provide approximately 35 jobs to the area and will serve hand-breaded chicken fingers, hand-chopped coleslaw, crinkly cut French fries, Texas toast and Guthrie's signature dipping sauce.

Guthrie's was founded in 1982.
