This summer, Krystal is teaming up with ICEE to celebrate the inaugural National ICEE Day on Aug. 18, joining Walmart Fuel, Urban Air Adventure Park, AMC Theatres and Regal Cinemas in giving fans a reason to indulge in a little nostalgia, according to a news release.

On Aug. 18, at participating Krystal locations, guests can get a small ICEE for free, with no purchase necessary, while supplies last.

"For decades, ICEE has been part of unforgettable moments for millions of fans, and National ICEE Day is our way of thanking everyone who has made the brand part of those memories," Dan Fachner, president and CEO of J&J Snack Foods, ICEE's parent company, said in the press release. "We're excited to introduce an annual tradition people can look forward to every August. Whether it's your first ICEE or your hundredth, it's a chance to celebrate the generations of fans who have made ICEE part of their lives while creating new memories together."

In addition to a free ICEE, fans can enter for the chance to win exciting prizes like an At Home ICEE Machine. Share an Instagram or Facebook story featuring your free ICEE on Aug. 18 and use #NID2026 and tag @TheICEECompany to be entered for a chance to win exciting prizes.
