McDonald's Singapore introduces interactive, NFC-enabled 'Happy Table'

A McDonald's restaurant in Singapore has added interactive dining tables that its guests can use to play a racing game. The games are NFC-enabled through stickers underneath the tables.

Guests who want to play download a McParty Run app, then hold their smartphone over the table.

According to NFC World, the Happy Table initiative, as it's called, was created in partnership with McDonald's global ad agency DDB. It is currently available at one location as a test.
