Merchandising company earns Subway's customer service award

Full-service merchandising company, Pro Pacific Uniforms, was presented with Subway restaurant chain's Excellence in Customer Service Award. The award, which is given annually to one of the company's supply vendors, recognized Pro Pacific Uniforms for "being proactive, creative, and responsive to meeting the needs of the Subway system."

For the last several years, Pro Pacific Uniforms has been the exclusive supplier of Subway uniforms, outfitting more than 38,000 franchises worldwide. Focusing on more than just standard supply duties, Pro Pacific Uniforms also caters to needs such as in-house design capabilities and 24-hour customer support.
