Subway hosting Wounded Warrior alumni for Battleship screening

On Tuesday, Subway will offer an exclusive screening to the new movie Battleship for local alumni of the Wounded Warrior Project. The movie officially premieres Friday.

The screening will take place aboard the USS Intrepid, one of the most successful battleships in U.S. history, located in New York City. The event is being hosted by Subway Famous Fan and World Champion New York Giants defensive end, Justin Tuck, along with Battleship Director Peter Berg and Battleship star/U.S. Army Col. Greg Gadson.

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is a not-for-profit organization that provides unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members

Universal Pictures' Battleship is an action-adventure film that arrives in theaters May 18.

Additionally, the chain is now offering the chance to win the $100,000 grand prize through its Battleship instant win game, in conjunction with the Battleship movie. The promotion runs through June 14.
