Taco Bell has been recognized by SmartRecruiters.com for its career-centered Pinterest boards.
According to the blog, Pinterest is the top social network for women ages 18 to 34. As the site continues to grow, it's being used more as a workforce recruitment tool both by hiring managers and job seekers.
The top 5 brands recognized for using Pinterest to recruit talent include The New Traditionalists, a New York City-based furniture company; WIU Careers, a university career services department; Flex Job, for telecommuters and freelancers; GE Careers (General Electric); and Taco Bell Careers.
The blog's specific recognition of Taco Bell Careers said, "The restaurant industry often times adapts very quickly to the ever-changing social media and technology landscape when it comes the field of employer branding and workforce marketing. Taco Bell's Pinterest boards don't disappoint."
