Taco Cabana launches Chicken Poblano lineup, debuts Loaded Elotes menu platform

"Chicken Poblano gave us the opportunity to take one standout flavor and create four distinct experiences around it," Camacho said in the release.

The launch also introduces Loaded Elotes, a new menu platform inspired by Mexican street corn. Its debut offering combines sweet corn, Chicken Poblano, creamy street corn sauce and sour cream, creating a foundation for potential future street corn-inspired additions. Rounding out the release, Lime Margarita Cheesecake features cheesecake, a citrus-forward lime glaze swirl and a graham cracker crust.

The menu expansion builds on Taco Cabana's broader 2026 focus on flavor innovation and reinterpretations of Mexican-inspired dishes. According to Camacho, the launch reflects the brand's efforts to introduce new experiences while giving customers more reasons to return.
