Focus Brands president: 'Restaurant business is complicated'
Paul Damico, president of Focus Brands North America, who oversees Schlotzksy's Deli, Moe's Southwest Grill, McAlister's Deli, Cinnabon, Carvel and Auntie Anne's Pretzels, shared how he thinks the industry is doing during the Fast Casual Executive Summit.
