FM Facility Maintenance, an integrated facilities solutions including facility service, intelligent energy and construction management, was awarded a comprehensive facilities services contract by Arby's Restaurant Group Inc.
FM Facility Maintenance will provide services initially to 200 locations before proceeding with an additional 950 corporate-owned locations across the U.S.

Under the new agreement, FM Facility Maintenance will be responsible for Arby's 24/7/365 ServiceCare Center; service provider management and selection; management of reactive issues; scheduled/preventative maintenance; project management services; and invoice auditing/payment. Services include HVAC, kitchen equipment, electrical, fire protection systems, landscaping and plumbing, to name a few. In addition, FM Facility Maintenance will manage repair and maintenance-related capital projects.

FM Facility Maintenance was also recently contracted by a major Burger King franchisee.
