Roy Rogers names senior IT manager

April 18, 2019

Roy Rogers Restaurants has named a veteran IT executive, Frank Cleveland, as the brand's senior manager of IT.

Cleveland was previously a senior infrastructure analyst overseeing maintenance and evolution of systems at Marriott International and provided IT support to small to mid-sized companies through his own business, PB Networking LLC, according to a press release.

At Roy Rogers, Cleveland will direct all IT operations to support the chain's operations, marketing and other teams. He will also be responsible for all corporate IT functions and brand technology.

"We continue to invest in building a winning team and evolving the Roy Rogers brand," Roy Rogers Executive Vice President Jeremy Biser said in the release. "Frank is a fantastic addition to our team and will be especially valuable in supporting initiatives such as upgrading our mobile app, testing new digital marketing strategies, enhancing our POS and back office systems, expanding online ordering, rolling out delivery and implementing a new video loss-prevention system."

The brand is kicking off its 51st year with a renewed franchise-expansion initiative supported by updates to its menu, marketing efforts, store design, vendor contracts and mobile capabilities. The chain now has 50 stores in six states, including 26 that are franchised.
