Taco Bell, Milk Bar reunite for Birthday Cake Empanada

Priced at $3.49, the dessert transforms Milk Bar's signature Birthday Cake flavor into an empanada filled with cake batter-flavored filling and topped with pink frosting and rainbow sprinkles.

"Our fans have shown us they love seeing familiar flavors show up on the Taco Bell menu in exciting ways, and that's what makes partnering with Milk Bar so great," Liz Matthews, global chief food innovation officer at Taco Bell, said in a press release "The Milk Bar Birthday Cake Empanada lets us take an iconic Birthday Cake flavor and reimagine it as a crispy Taco Bell treat that's nostalgic, unexpected and made for celebrating everyday moments."

First teased at Taco Bell's Live Más LIVE event, the dessert builds on the brands' previous collaborations, including Strawberry Bell Truffles in 2022 and Birthday Cake Churros in 2025.
