How Wow Bao 'wows' 'em with cartoon-adorned cubbies

Admittedly, there's some reticence out there about kiosks and automation overall, which some fear is stealing jobs and taking humans out of the restaurant equation. But Wow Bao President Geoff Alexander recently told Fast Casual Editor Cherryh Cansler that his brand is helping customers see the friendlier and more convenient side of technology by using a little pick-up cubby and a lot of humor. Alexander recently spoke to Cansler just before this year's presentation of the Fast Casual Top 100 Movers & Shaker gala in May.
