Taco Bell Cantina opens inside Allegiant Stadium

Diversified Restaurant Group has announced in a new release the opening of a Taco Bell Cantina inside Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, marking the first Taco Bell Cantina inside a professional football stadium and DRG's second Cantina in the city.

Located on the main concourse near the north end zone, the Cantina features a stadium-exclusive menu led by the Manager Mendoza Special, which pairs Nacho Fries and nacho cheese sauce with a Doritos Locos Taco and five Crispy Chicken Strips. Fans also can choose from several shareable Luxe Cravings Boxes.

The Cantina's expanded beverage program includes 14 taps, traditional and Raiders-themed cocktails and Taco Bell's signature Twisted Freezes in Baja Blast, Margarita and Blue Raspberry flavors. Murals and LED light displays round out the stadium location's design.

"The Taco Bell Cantina experience is unmatched, and we're excited to partner with the Las Vegas Raiders to bring a first-of-its-kind Cantina to Raider Nation at Allegiant Stadium," SG Ellison, Taco Bell franchisee and CEO of DRG, said in a company press release.

DRG opened one of the country's first Taco Bell Cantinas — and the first operated by a franchisee — in San Francisco in 2015. It has since expanded the concept across California, Nevada and Kansas City. Its Las Vegas Strip Cantina also has hosted more than 1,600 weddings in its second-floor chapel.

The Allegiant Stadium Cantina will operate during stadium event days, including Raiders games and concerts, with hours varying by event.
