White Castle adds Garlic Parm Chicken Slider to summer menu

White Castle is expanding its summer menu with the introduction of the Garlic Parm Chicken Slider, available for a limited time starting June 15.

The menu item features a crispy chicken slider topped with crispy onions and a roasted garlic parmesan sauce made with a blend of parmesan, asiago and Romano cheeses. The slider will be available through Aug. 23 at participating locations with prices starting at $2.59. The chain is also offering a $6.99 combo that includes two Garlic Parm Sliders, three mozzarella sticks and a small soft drink.

"There's nothing quite like the moment a new flavor just works, and garlic parm and onions on our Crispy Chicken Slider is one of those moments," Jamie Richardson, chief marketing officer at White Castle, said in the press release. "The Garlic Parm Chicken Slider is a natural evolution of our commitment to craveable flavors, and we're excited to bring something genuinely new to our menu this summer."

In addition to the new slider, White Castle is bringing back its garlic cheese option beginning June 15 while supplies last. The roasted garlic cheese blend can be added to any slider on the menu.

White Castle operates 336 restaurants and a retail division.
